These stools are handmade in the most beautiful range of Onyx stones. Each piece is unique due to the properties and drawings of the stone found naturally. Onyx is a semi-translucent stone that allows light to pass through. The selection of this stone is very meticulous, It is a special stone selection as it combines different substrates, and each cut is unique—no two stones are alike. The stone is crafted by artisans in Tecali, Puebla, and the wood used is Mexican Tzalam, a very strong and durable wood that provides excellent support and structure to the Butt-On stool. All pieces are hand-assembled in Mexico City.
